Every session is designed to develop confident athletes who lead with character, compete with purpose, and carry what they’ve learned far beyond the field.

Small Group Goalie Training

High-rep, high-feedback sessions with a max of 5 athletes. Individual attention, competitive energy, and real-time coaching that sticks.

Field Player Clinics

Specialty sessions that combine elite-level drills with leadership, mindset work, and intentional growth.

1:1 Coaching

Fully personalized coaching for goalies and field players, from foundational skills to advanced tactics.

Elevate Fall 2026 RISE Program Registration

Elevate Field Hockey Club will be continuing our RISE program for beginner players (U18, U10, U12, U14) in the fall of 2026. We are pleased to announce the dates and times of trainings.

October Training

Dates: Mondays (October 5, 12, 19, 26)
Location: River City Sportsplex Field 7
Times: 5:30 - 7 pm

Cost

Phase 2 Training - $90

Elevate Fall 2026 Small Group Saturdays Registration

This fall, Elevate Field Hockey Club will be holding a series of small group training sessions on Saturday afternoons. All players are welcome regardless of club affiliation.

Dates: Oct 3, 10, 17, 24
Time: 2:30 - 4 pm
Age Groups: U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19
Location: St. Catherine's School - 6001 Grove Avenue, Richmond, VA 23226
Cost: $40 per session
For goalkeepers, we will be offering an "add-on" for goalkeeper specific training from 1:30 - 2:30 pm. This is optional, and cost is $20 per session.

Season Duration: November 30, 2026 - February 15, 2027 (13 practices)
Practice Location: Millwood Elementary School
Practice Times: Mondays from 6 - 7:30 pm
Tournaments: CNU Indoor Tournament January 30 or 31, 2027, VA Beach Tournament TBD
Cost: $575

U12:

Season Duration: November 1, 2026 - February 14, 2027 (~25 practices)
Practice Locations: Shooters Indoor Sportsplex November / December, St. Mark's Church (Lucks Lane) on Thursdays and Shooters on Saturdays in January / February
Practice Times: Saturdays 1:30 - 3 pm in November, Wednesdays 5 - 6:30 pm and Saturdays 4:30 - 6 pm in December, Thursdays 5 - 6:30 pm and Saturdays 4:30 - 6 pm in January / February
Tournaments: CNU Indoor Tournament January 30 or 31, 2027, VA Beach Tournament February 6, 2027, National Indoor Festival February 13 - 15, 2027.
Cost: $950

U14:

Season Duration: November 1, 2026 - February 14, 2027 (~25 practices)

Winter Escape Registration

Congratulations on your player's selection to one of our Winter Escape Teams!

Dates: January 15 - 17, 2027
Location: Boombah Sports Complex, Sanford, FL
Format: 5 games, 2 X 25 minute halves
Cost: $395 for U16/U19, $365 for U14 (including 2-3 team practices to prepare), due November 1, 2026

Shooting Star Thanksgiving 2026

Congratulations on your player's selection to one of our Shooting Star Thanksgiving Teams!

Dates: November 27-29, 2026
Location: River City Sportsplex, Midlothian, VA (U16, U19), Glover Park (U14)
Format: 5 full field 11 v. 11 games, 2 X 25 minute halves
Roster Cap: 16 field players, 2 goalkeepers
Cost: $295 (including 2-3 team practices to prepare) due October 1, 2026

Even with a little rain, It was an incredible day of high-energy training, competing, and taking local player’s skills to the next level.
